Conceptual, technical and working projects according to the ZUT, Ordinance No. 4 of 2001. Which, depending on the type, purpose, size and location of the designed objects and the requirements for the design solutions, includes:

parts for architecture and structures:

a) architectural;

b) interior and furnishings;

c) constructive;

parts for installations and networks of the technical infrastructure:

a) water supply and sewage;

b) electrical (electrical supply, electrical equipment and electrical installations);

c) heat supply, heating, ventilation and air conditioning;

d) (amended – SG No. 93 of 2014, in force from 12.12.2014) energy efficiency, the scope and content of which are determined according to Ordinance No. 7 of 2004 on energy efficiency, heat storage and economy of energy in buildings (SG, No. 5 of 2005);

parts for the device of the terrain adjacent to the site:
a) geodetic (route plan and vertical layout);

b) park planning and beautification;

part technological;
(new – SG No. 96 of 2009, in force from 05.06.2010, amended – SG No. 93 of 2014, in force from 12.12.2014) part of fire safety, the scope of which and content are determined according to Ordinance No. I3-1971 of 2009 on building and technical rules and norms for ensuring safety in case of fire (SG, No. 96 of 2009);

(new – SG No. 93 of 2014, in force from 12.12.2014) part plan for the management of construction waste with scope and content according to Art. 4 and 5 of the Ordinance on the management of construction waste and on the use of recycled construction materials, adopted by PMS No. 277 of 2012 (SG, No. 89 of 2012);

b) master plan;

c) accounting documentation;
